Refund policy

LeakWize products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, LeakWize will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective under normal use and proper installation.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, incorrect wiring, exposure to chemicals or contaminants, physical abuse, water submersion beyond the product rating, acts of nature, or any modification or alteration of the product. 

All warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and may require return of the product for evaluation. LeakWize reserves the sole right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage. If a product is found not to meet warranty criteria, it may be returned to the customer or replaced at customer expense.

This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy and is provided in place of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
